You will lead customer service, help train employees, manage inventory, and ensure cash handling integrity. This role requires strong communication, organization, and ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent strongly preferred.
• One year of experience in a retail environment and six months supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to follow procedures and manage merchandise.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service leadership; greet customers, operate cash register.
• Open and close the store a minimum of two days per week.
• Assist Store Manager with scheduling employees and training.
• Follow processes to manage merchandise including stocking, restocking and displays.
• Maintain accurate inventory and manage damages, markdowns and deposits.
• Assist with planograms and ensure merchandising aligns with store direction.
• Ensure financial integrity through cashier accountability and cash controls; approve refunds/overrides, count tills, deposit money.
• Assist in store operations in the Store Manager’s absence.
