Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service leadership; operate cash register and scanner.
• Open and close the store a minimum of two days per week.
• Assist Store Manager with scheduling, training, safety meetings and policy compliance.
• Manage merchandise through receiving, stocking, restocking and displays.
• Maintain inventory levels and control damages, markdowns and losses.
• Support planogram implementation and merchandise presentation.
• Ensure cash control procedures and refunds/overrides accountability.
• Assist store management in the Store Manager’s absence.
