You will drive outstanding customer service, educate customers on products, and ensure regulatory excellence. Responsibilities include handling inquiries, performing sales and collection calls, and processing transactions while maintaining cash controls.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year experience in sales, customer service, or cash handling preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
• Must have own transportation with valid driver's license and auto insurance.
• Able to work autonomously and multitask.
• Willingness to travel to stores within the district.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on the product portfolio and present options that meet their needs.
• Escalate issues to store manager or district director when unresolved.
• Answer telephone inquiries about general questions, applications, or other issues.
• Perform outbound customer sales, courtesy, and collection calls per regulations and procedures.
• Respond professionally to customers and ensure they feel supported and valued.
• Handle and count currency and manage a cash drawer; may include deposits or pickups.
• Balance batch receipts with sales reports and resolve discrepancies.
• Process transactions (loans, check cashing, Net Spend) per company policy.
• Comply with federal and state regulations and company policies; complete training.
• Other duties as assigned.
