Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service leadership; greet customers, operate cash register and scanner.
• Open and close the store a minimum of two days per week.
• Assist Store Manager with scheduling, training, safety meetings, and policy compliance.
• Manage merchandise through receiving, stocking, restocking and displays.
• Assist in maintaining accurate inventory and controlling damages and markdowns.
• Assist with planogram implementation and merchandise presentation.
• Maintain financial integrity through cashier accountability and cash control procedures; handle refunds and deposits.
• Support store leadership in the Store Manager's absence.
