Responsabilidades

• Provide superior customer service leadership; greet and assist customers, and operate cash register and scanner to itemize the customer's purchase.
• Open and close the store a minimum of two days per week.
• Assist Store Manager with scheduling employees and training; conduct safety meetings.
• Follow processes to manage merchandise including receiving, stocking, rotating and displays.
• Support inventory accuracy by controlling damages, markdowns, scanning and paperwork.
• Assist with planograms and ensure merchandise presentation aligns with standards.
• Ensure financial integrity through cashier accountability, deposits, refunds and overrides.
• Assist in managing the store in the Store Manager's absence.
