Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service leadership; operate cash register and scanner to itemize purchases.
• Open and close the store a minimum of two days per week.
• Assist Store Manager with scheduling employees, training, safety meetings, and policy compliance.
• Manage merchandise: receiving, stocking, restocking, displays, and planograms.
• Ensure accurate inventory by controlling damages, markdowns, scanning, paperwork, and security controls.
• Maintain financial integrity through cashier accountability and cash deposits; support refunds/overrides.
• Assist with store management in the Store Manager's absence.
