Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service leadership; greet customers and operate cash register.
• Open and close the store a minimum of two days per week.
• Assist Store Manager with scheduling employees and training, and conduct safety meetings.
• Follow processes to manage merchandise including stocking and displays.
• Maintain inventory accuracy by controlling damages, markdowns, scanning and paperwork.
• Implement and maintain planograms and ensure presentation per direction.
• Ensure cashier accountability and cash control; handle refunds/overrides and deposits.
• Assist with store management in the Store Manager's absence.
