Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

• Ability to interpret documents and perform basic calculations.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service leadership; greet customers and operate the cash register.
• Open and close the store at least two days per week.
• Assist Store Manager with scheduling, training, safety meetings, and policy compliance.
• Manage merchandise flow: receiving, stocking, displays and planograms per Store Manager guidance.
• Help maintain inventory accuracy and control damages, markdowns and deposits.
• Support store operations and cash handling to ensure financial integrity and approvals for refunds.
