Qualifications

High school diploma strongly preferred.
One year of experience in a retail environment and six months supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide superior customer service leadership; greet customers and operate cash register.
Open and close the store a minimum of two days per week.
Assist Store Manager with scheduling employees, providing training, and conducting safety meetings.
Follow work processes to manage merchandise including receiving, stocking, and displays.
Assist in maintaining inventory levels and security procedures.
Assist in planogram implementation and merchandising presentation.
Ensure cashier accuracy, deposits, refunds, and cash controls.
Assist with store management in the Store Manager's absence.
