Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills
• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store environment preferred
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical tasks (standing, walking, bending)
• Team-oriented with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions or concerns
• Organize merchandise flow from delivery truck to stockroom to sales floor
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed
• Support payroll, scheduling, cash handling, and loss prevention
• Lead and train Store Associates and maintain a positive work environment
• Maintain store cleanliness and ensure areas are neat and presentable
• Adhere to policies, safety guidelines, and company procedures
