Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1 year retail experience and 6 months supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service leadership while operating the cash register.
• Greet customers, assist with purchases, and itemize transactions on the scanner.
• Open and close the store at least two days per week.
• Assist with scheduling, training, safety meetings, and policy adherence.
• Manage merchandise receiving, stocking, restocking, and displays.
• Maintain accurate inventory; control damages and markdowns.
• Ensure planograms are followed and merchandise is presented as directed.
• Support store management in cash control, refunds, overdrafts, and deposits.
