Job summary

OXXO USA is seeking a dependable Assistant Store Manager to join our team at one of our retail locations. The role oversees daily store activities, ensures the store is well‑stocked and clean, and provides excellent customer service while managing financial transactions.

You will develop, lead and support Sales Associates, supervise shift operations, and help recruit and onboard staff. Flexibility to work peak hours, nights, weekends and holidays is essential.

Qualifications

• One year or more retail experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and transportation to/from bank and corporate meeting; valid vehicle insurance required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store activities to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain inventory levels by stocking shelves and monitoring supply.
• Ensure the store remains clean and organized.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues promptly.
• Handle financial transactions accurately and efficiently.
