Job summary

OXXO USA is seeking a dependable and energetic Assistant Store Manager to join our team at one of our retail locations. The role oversees daily operations, ensures stock, cleanliness, and excellent customer service while handling financial transactions.

You will lead and develop Sales Associates, manage scheduling, and support store objectives in a fast-paced environment. Prior retail experience and a valid driver’s license are preferred.

Qualifications

• Retail experience preferred with 1+ year in a store setting.
• Valid driver’s license and transportation to bank and corporate meetings; vehicle insurance required.

Responsibilities
