Job summary

OXXO USA is seeking a dependable and energetic Assistant Store Manager to join our team at one of our retail locations. You will oversee daily store operations, ensure the store is well-stocked and clean, and provide excellent customer service while handling financial transactions.

The role also involves leading and supporting Sales Associates, training staff, and working flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• One (1) or more years’ Experience working in retail environment (Preferred)
• Valid Driver’s License and transportation to/from bank and corporate meeting & valid vehicle insurance (Required)

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store activities to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain inventory levels by stocking shelves and monitoring supply.
• Ensure the store remains clean and organized.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues promptly.
