Job summary

OXXO USA is seeking a dependable and energetic Assistant Store Manager to join our team at one of our retail locations. The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for the daily operations and success of the retail store.

This role ensures the store is well-stocked, clean, and provides excellent customer service while managing financial transactions. You will lead and support Sales Associates, maintain inventory, and promote a positive shopping experience in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation to bank/meetings; valid vehicle insurance required.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to take initiative and resolve issues quickly.
• Willingness to work peak hours, including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store activities to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain inventory levels by stocking shelves and monitoring supply.
• Ensure the store remains clean and organized.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues promptly.
