Dollar Tree, Inc. in Bowling Green, OH seeks an Assistant Store Manager to support store operations, customer service, and team development. You will supervise daily activities, train associates, and ensure a safe, friendly shopping environment.

Responsibilities include assisting with openings/closings, merchandising, loss prevention, payroll, scheduling, and assisting the Store Manager with staff performance. Part-time role.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drugstore preferred.
• Must lift up to 55 lbs and perform frequent walking, standing, bending.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills required.
• Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with daily store functions and activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner.
• Move merchandise from delivery to stockroom and sales floor; maintain seasonal areas.
• Perform opening and closing procedures.
• Follow corporate directives and communicate store activities.
• Maintain promotional displays and fixtures.
• Assist in ordering merchandise, processing damaged goods, payroll, scheduling, and cash deposits.
• Maintain clean, well-stocked store and organized stockroom.
• Protect store assets and cash.
• Follow safety policies; supervise and train Store Associates.
• Maintain a safe, respectful environment for customers and staff.
• Keep bathrooms and floors clean; restock as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
