Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience managing a retail store is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong customer service and teamwork mindset.
• Proven problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day store activities and operations.
• Support customers with help and questions.
• Organize, and transfer merchandise from delivery to floor.
• Perform opening and closing procedures.
• Process directives and communications related to store activities.
• Maintain store fixtures, signage and promotional displays.
• Assist in ordering merchandise, processing damaged goods, and record-keeping.
• Maintain clean, stocked sales floor and stockroom.
• Protect and secure store assets, including cash.
• Lead store associates under Store Manager guidance.
• Ensure a safe, respectful environment for customers and staff.
• Maintenance duties like cleaning bathrooms and floors.
• Other duties as assigned.
