Norman's Hallmark in Prices Corner, Wilmington, Delaware, is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead daily operations and guest experiences. You will collaborate with the Store Manager to achieve sales and service goals while guiding the sales team and ensuring efficient store procedures.

The role requires a 1-year retail supervisory background, strong customer service, and flexibility to work events, holidays, and weekends.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent or higher.
• Retail Supervisory Experience: 1 year or more.
• Customer Service Experience: 1 year or more.
• Flexible schedule including events, holidays, evenings, and weekends.
• Ability to stand/walk; lift up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Infuse our Customer CARE program into store culture to drive retail sales by connecting with customers.
• Customer always comes first and is the most important to the business.
• Assist Store Manager in operations including events, shipments, promotions, and merchandising.
• Assist in developing and training staff on new products and processes.
• Lead professionally, even in the absence of the store manager.
• Learn and use our POS system to ensure inventory, sales, and markdown accuracy.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
