Responsibilities

• Maintaining exemplary customer service and building relationships with customers.
• Establishing a strong customer service culture in the store.
• Assisting the Store Manager with recruiting, developing, and motivating team members.
• Ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Performing CSR duties and supervising operations in the Store Manager's absence.
• Analyzing financial statements and trends to increase sales.
• Marketing within the community to increase market share and revenue.
• Managing schedules, cash, and store audits.
• Reviewing policies and training to ensure understanding of changes.
