The Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager in Cicero, IL to support the operation of a single store, including hiring, coaching, and directing associates to hit financial targets while ensuring exceptional guest experiences.

A multi-week leadership training program will prepare you for success. You will be responsible for managing shifts, ensuring food safety standards, and fostering a positive team environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single Panda store and help drive financial performance.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to deliver exceptional guest experiences and support store goals.
• Lead and participate in the 3+ weeks of store leadership training program to prepare for success.
