Qualifications

• 2+ years of Women’s Specialty Retail experience with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
• Proven ability to support and develop high-performing teams.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to build lasting relationships.
• Experience in analyzing business trends and executing action plans.
• Passion for fashion, styling and merchandising.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to manage ambiguity with confidence.
• Flexible schedule including weekends, evenings and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Acts as a role model, develops and maintains strong customer relationships through genuine interactions.
• Assist in hiring, training, and developing a high-performing team.
• Drive store performance by analyzing sales trends, setting goals, and executing strategies.
• Maintain deep product knowledge to provide personalized styling recommendations.
• Support daily store operations, manage inventory, and uphold merchandising standards.
• Take ownership of responsibilities and support the Store Manager.
• Navigate communication across organizational levels and adjust messaging.
• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.
