Responsibilities

• Lead a customer-focused, sales-driven store to deliver a top-line performance.
• Coach and develop Sales Associates to improve performance and customer experience.
• Ensure adherence to all policies, procedures and Safety Program practices.
• Maintain clean, organized store and stockroom with optimal merchandise presentation.
• Provide direction to associates to ensure understanding of company directives and standards.
