Job summary

Pacsun is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Aurora, IL to assist the Store Manager in leading a customer-focused, sales-driven, profitable store location. You will motivate team members, ensure policy compliance, and execute the store's KPIs to drive top-line results.

You will help maintain a clean, safe, and visually appealing shop environment while delivering exceptional customer experiences and coaching staff toward performance excellence.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Effective written, verbal and presentation skills.
• Strong communications skills.
• Proficient in math and possesses strong computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Displays a customer-focused mindset at all times and delivers an engaging, positive and authentic customer experience.
• Handles customer situations in policy with a focus on solving for yes and escalates when appropriate.
• Maintains a clean and well organized store, promoting a safe working and shopping environment to maximize the customer experience.
• Shares feedback from customers with the leadership team to improve the overall customer experience.
• Performs as the floor supervisor as needed to cover non-peak periods (breaks, etc.).
• Drives efficiency in all operational store processes and maintains visual standards set by the company.
