Family Dollar in Hampton, VA is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support store operations, customer service, and team development. You will assist with day-to-day store activities, help organize merchandise, open and close the store, and ensure adherence to company policies.

The role requires a high school diploma (preferred), store-management experience in retail, and strong communication skills. Part-time position with hourly wages from $14.50 to $15.00, plus benefits.

Qualifications

• Must have store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store environments.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and written skills.
• Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment and deliver strong customer service.
• Strong problem solving and decision-making capabilities.
• Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical store tasks.
