Job summary

Wash N' Roll seeks an assistant manager to help operate the car wash and lead the team. You will ensure vehicles are prepped, monitor safety, train staff, and deliver excellent guest service as the store runs in the store manager's absence.

You will oversee maintenance, keep the tunnel clean, manage cash deposits, and ensure policies are followed while maintaining a positive, customer-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to operate the store in the absence of the store manager.
• Willing to work in hot/cold weather.
• Punctual and in uniform.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily car wash operations and ensure quality service.
• Train and supervise team members; provide guidance and safety oversight.
• Maintain cleanliness of tunnel and lot; manage waste and maintenance.
• Handle cash deposits and cash in cassette boxes.
• Communicate with guests and ensure smooth flow through the wash.
• Ensure policies and procedures are followed.
