Job summary

GoWash is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Site Manager in daily operations of the car wash facility. You will ensure high-quality customer service, enforce policies, supervise staff, and maintain safety and efficiency across shifts.

The role emphasizes training, team leadership, and hands-on administration to support operations. Weekend and holiday hours may be required, with competitive compensation and benefits opportunity.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous supervisory or assistant manager experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day car wash operations in collaboration with Site Manager.
• Enforce company policies and procedures for efficient operations.
• Monitor inventory levels of chemicals, equipment and supplies.
• Supervise scheduling and shifts to ensure adequate staffing.
• Train staff and provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback.
• Maintain safety standards and record incidents and safety-related activities.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
