Job summary

Curaleaf is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Manchester, CT, to support the Store Manager in leading a team and delivering outstanding customer experiences. You will act as the Manager on Duty, guide staff, and help achieve financial targets while representing Curaleaf’s brand with integrity.

You will oversee shifts, scheduling, and cash handling, and coordinate with district and cross-functional partners to maximize revenue opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1+ year retail or customer service experience in a high-paced selling environment.
• 1+ year of retail supervisory experience.
• Strong business acumen and ability to measure success via financial targets and KPIs.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Experience in a heavily regulated industry is a plus.
• Strong leadership and ability to build/manage teams.
• Salesmanship skills with revenue-driving capability.
• Attention to cash handling and POS accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading a team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Open/close shifts, delegate tasks, and schedule team members.
• Monitor customer service quality and provide coaching.
• Maintain knowledge of POS and LeafLogix systems.
• Protect cash handling, daily reconciliations, and financial controls.
• Supervise inventory trends, ordering, and stock levels.
• Travel to other locations for training (10–25%).
• Perform special assignments and support team members.
