Job summary

Goodyear in Missouri is seeking a Service Manager to gain hands-on experience in one of our auto service centers by delivering outstanding service and managing the service department. You will schedule associates, book service appointments, and organize workflow to ensure quality work on time for guests.

You will drive sales through guest interactions, build relationships, and act as the liaison between technicians and guests while contributing to the training and development of staff.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of automotive service management experience.
• Valid driver's license.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Manage the service department by scheduling associates and organizing workflow to deliver quality work on time to guests.
• Drive sales through guest interactions including tire and service sales.
• Build guest relationships and ensure guest satisfaction as liaison between technicians and guests.
• Contribute to training and development of service department associates.
• Articulate warranties, promotions, and advertisements; recommend services per guidelines.
