Responsibilities

• Support Store Manager to lead, coach and develop Sales Associates to meet sales, customer service and operational targets
• Deliver inspirational, individualized customer service and manage daily store operations
• Assist with inventory control, POS transactions and cash reconciliation
• Support scheduling and execution of events and weekend shifts in a fast-paced environment
