Job summary

The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. is a leading prestige beauty company seeking an Assistant Store Manager to help lead a cosmetics retail team in a fast-paced environment in New York.

You will coach and develop Sales Associates, drive sales and ensure strong customer service and daily operations. Ideal candidates will have prior supervisory experience, strong client service skills, and the ability to manage inventory, cash, and POS systems while delivering excellent store performance.

Qualifications

• Proven retail experience preferably within cosmetics.
• Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
• Previous supervisory experience with a proven track record of coaching/mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets.
• Retail operations experience including inventory management and cash reconciliation.
• Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and special events in a fast-paced work environment.
• Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
