Job summary

Qualifications
- Retail experience, preferably cosmetics.
- Inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
- Supervisory experience with coaching/mentoring to hit sales targets.
- Retail operations experience including inventory management and cash reconciliation.
- Ability to work retail hours including nights, weekends and events.
- Experience with retail POS software.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Proof of right to live and work in the country for interview.
Responsibilities
- Support Store Manager to lead, coach and develop Sales Associates.
- Help achieve sales, customer service and operational targets.
- Ensure inventory and cash procedures are followed.
- Uphold brand standards and deliver exceptional customer experience.
