Sephora USA, Inc. seeks an Assistant Store Manager for Pacific Commons (Fremont, CA). You will partner with the Store Manager to ensure smooth daily operations, deliver exceptional client experiences, and drive sales in a fast-paced retail environment.

This on-site role requires availability evenings, weekends, and holidays. You will lead, coach, and develop a diverse team, oversee store standards, and support growth through loyalty programs and personalized service.
