This exempt, full-time role requires on-site work and availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays. You will partner with the Store Manager to ensure smooth daily operations, deliver exceptional service, and grow the team through development and coaching opportunities.

Qualifications

• Senior retail leadership experience in fast-paced, high-volume stores.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to coach and develop teams to meet goals.
• Availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Support store operations and client experience, collaborating with the Store Manager.
• Inspire and empower teams to coach, develop, and achieve performance goals.
• Recruit, hire, and onboard new talent while fostering diversity and inclusion.
• Deliver ongoing coaching, feedback, and mentorship to maximize associates’ potential.
• Conduct performance appraisals and provide real-time feedback and guidance.
• Elevate client satisfaction by delivering outstanding service and managing loyalty programs.
• Ensure operational excellence by upholding store standards andbrand guidelines.
• Optimize inventory and staffing resources to adapt to changing retail needs.
