Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Partner with Store Manager on operations, sales execution, and team performance.
• Oversee opening and closing routines, cash reconciliation, and end-of-day reporting.
• Provide coaching and performance management for store team.
• Monitor store metrics and implement improvements in safety, asset protection, and processes.
• Engage in labor planning and scheduling with focus on efficiency.
