Job summary

Oberweis Dairy in Arlington Heights is seeking an energetic Assistant Manager to lead our ice cream shop to sweet success. You’ll be the right-hand to the Store Manager, oversee daily operations, mentor staff, and ensure top-notch guest experiences.

You’ll champion a fun, fast-paced environment, manage schedules, assist with inventory, and uphold the brand’s welcoming vibe that keeps customers coming back for their favorite flavors.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS & WORK ENVIRONMENT

• Carry up to 50 lbs
• Stand and walk on a hard surface for 9–10 hours per day
• Tolerate up to 45 minutes in a walk-in cooler at temperatures as low as 32°F during inventory
• Tolerate up to 35 minutes in a walk-in freezer at -10°F during inventory and stocking
