Oberweis Dairy is seeking a Shift Leader/Key Holder to help run our ice cream shop and support the Store Manager. You will lead the scoop squad, ensure a friendly customer experience, and help manage daily operations.

This role requires energy, reliability and a positive attitude. You’ll work 3–5 days per week, including nights and weekends, and help keep the shop clean, stocked and welcoming to guests.

Qualifications

• Read, write and understand the English language.
• Ability to do simple math.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Leadership or supervisory experience.
• Positive, upbeat attitude.
• Available to work 3–5 days per week, including nights and weekends.

POSITION SUMMARY

We’re looking for a high-energy, people-loving Shift Leader/Key Holder to help lead our ice cream shop to sweet success. You’ll be the right-hand hero to the Store Manager and Assistant Manager, keeping operations smooth, customers happy, and the vibes as fun as our flavors.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and support our scoop squad
• Deliver amazing customer service
• Manage opening or closing shifts and daily operations
• Keep the shop clean, stocked and running smoothly
• Other duties as assigned

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Read, write and understand the English language
• Ability to do simple math
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Leadership or supervisory experience
• Positive, upbeat attitude
• Available to work 3–5 days per week, including nights and weekends

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS & WORK ENVIRONMENT

• Carry up to 50 lbs
• Stand and walk on a hard surface for 5–8 hours per day
• Tolerate up to 45 minutes in a walk-in cooler at temperatures as low as 32°F during inventory
• Tolerate up to 35 minutes in a walk-in freezer at -10°F during inventory and stocking
