Job summary

Fabletics in Irvine Spectrum Center is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead daily store operations and drive both sales and service. You’ll partner with the Store Manager and leadership team to create an exceptional omnichannel experience that blends online and in-store shopping.

The role requires at least one year of retail management, a passion for active lifestyle products, and the ability to coach a large team, manage inventory, and uphold safety standards while delivering outstanding

Qualifications

• 1-year minimum of management experience within a retail environment.
• Prior retail management experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of active lifestyle choices such as yoga, cycling/spin, Pilates, running, nutrition.
• Ability to interact with customers, employees and business partners inside and outside of the store environment.
• Familiar with retail inventory and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager and leadership in training store associates.
• Drive customer engagement inside and outside the store, including events.
• Maintain merchandising guidelines to make the store easy to shop.
• Communicate inventory and training needs to increase customer experience.
• Unpack boxes and handle inventory weighing 10–30 lbs.
• Ensure safety and security standards are met.
