Fabletics is seeking a passionate Retail Assistant Store Manager for our location at Brea Mall in Brea, CA. You will partner with the Store Manager to drive sales, handle daily store operations, and create an engaging omnichannel shopping experience for customers.

You'll lead, train, and motivate a high-energy team, manage inventory and POS processes, and ensure excellent customer service while meeting KPIs. Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of management experience in retail.
• Knowledge of active lifestyle products and customer service excellence.
• Ability to lead and motivate a large team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
