StoragePRO Management in San Jose, CA is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to oversee daily operations of our self-storage facility. You will rent units, deliver strong customer service, conduct inspections, process payments, and maintain accurate records.

The ideal candidate will provide outstanding service, communicate effectively, and possess basic computer skills. A high school diploma is required; prior self-storage or retail/restaurant experience is a plus.

• Valid driver’s license.
• US work authorization.

Responsabilidades

• Rent storage units and explain options/pricing to fit customer needs.
• Provide exceptional customer service and build positive relationships.
• Conduct regular facility inspections for cleanliness, security, and equipment function.
• Process payments, collect late fees, and maintain financial records.
• Market and promote storage units and related products.
• Perform light maintenance and report major issues to designated personnel.
• Maintain up-to-date tenant information and rental agreements.
• Uphold company policies and ensure a safe, secure environment.
• Report to District Manager and follow attendance requirements.
• Other duties as assigned.
