StoragePRO Management is seeking a Store Manager in San Jose, CA to oversee self-storage facilities. You will rent units, explain options and pricing, and provide outstanding service while ensuring security and accuracy in financial records.

The role requires strong customer service, sales skills, and at least 2 years of supervisory experience. A high school diploma is required, with college preferred; MS Office proficiency is expected.

Responsibilities

• Rent storage units, explaining options and pricing to fit customer needs.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and building positive relationships.
• Conduct regular facility inspections, ensuring cleanliness, security, and proper functioning of equipment.
• Process payments, collect late fees, and maintain accurate financial records.
• Market and promote storage units and related products.
• Perform light maintenance tasks and report major issues to designated personnel.
• Maintain accurate tenant records and rental agreements.
• Uphold company policies and procedures, ensuring a safe and secure environment for all.
• Reports to District Manager
• Attendance is an essential job function
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications: About You: The ideal candidate will have:

• Excellent customer service and sales skills

• Must have the ability to create relationships/rapport with tenants; ability to work with a diverse array of people and customers
• Must be adaptable; able to multi-task, prioritize and thrive in a varying-paced environment
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• High school diploma or equivalent required, college preferred
• Must consent to pre-employment background check
• Hold a valid Driver’s License and have reliable transportation
• US work authorization

Schedule:

Full-Time, day shift. Weekends required. The Store Manager will cover different stores during the work week within the same general geographic area.
