StoragePRO Management in Santa Rosa, CA is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily operations of our self-storage facilities. You will rent units, deliver strong customer service, supervise staff, and ensure security and cleanliness across locations.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of supervisory experience, excels in sales, and communicates effectively. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of supervisory experience.
• Excellent customer service and sales skills.
• Excellent verbal and written skills.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Email.
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college preferred.

Responsibilities

• Rent storage units and explain options and pricing.
• Provide exceptional customer service and build relationships.
• Conduct regular facility inspections for cleanliness and safety.
• Process payments and maintain financial records.
• Market and promote storage units and related products.
• Perform light maintenance and report issues.
• Maintain tenant information and rental agreements.
• Uphold policies and ensure safety.
• Report to District Manager.
• Attendance is essential.
