StoragePRO is hiring a Store Manager in San Jose, CA to lead daily operations at a self-storage facility. You will supervise staff, rent units, process payments, and ensure a high level of customer service.

Qualificações

Responsabilidades

• Rent storage units and explain options and pricing.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and build relationships.
• Perform facility inspections and maintain security and cleanliness.
• Process payments, late fees, and maintain financial records.
• Market and promote storage units and related products.
• Handle light maintenance and report major issues.
• Maintain tenant records and rental agreements; ensure policy compliance.
• Report to District Manager; participate in store coverage and scheduling.
