This role offers hands-on experience to develop your supervisory skills, coaching abilities, coffee/tea passion, and business acumen. It aims to build your understanding of store management, teaching you how to create success for a multi-million-dollar business, develop great teams, and serve as a community meeting place that nurtures customers. These foundational principles prepare partners for careers in store management and leadership.
**_Using a mix of online learning, classroom training, and hands-on mentorship, you’ll learn how to:_**

The actual base pay offered will depend on factors like knowledge, experience, location, and internal equity. Typically, hires are not at the high end of the pay range, and compensation decisions are made based on individual circumstances. The Assistant Store Manager role is overtime eligible, but overtime hours are not guaranteed.
