Job Description:

As an Assistant Store Manager, you will gain hands-on experience in one of Goodyear's Auto Service centers, making meaningful connections while delivering outstanding service. You will learn to manage the store effectively by scheduling staff, managing appointments, and tracking profitability. We invest in your success as you invest in ours; apply today!

Responsibilities include:

• Help drive and achieve sales goals through guest interactions, including tire and service sales
• Build guest relationships and ensure satisfaction by liaising between technicians and customers
• Manage the service department as needed
• Contribute to training and development of service staff
• Explain warranties, promotions, and advertisements
• Use provided tools to recommend products based on manufacturer guidelines
• Maintain a clean and safe work and guest area
• Perform manual tasks, including lifting tires and wheels, standing, bending, and squatting

Basic Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of retail experience
• Valid driver's license
• Minimum age of 18
• No relocation offered
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
