Position Details

Type: Part Time Hourly

Rate of Pay: $13.25 per hour

Work Schedule: Varying shifts between 10:00am and 5:30pm, 5 days per week, Monday through Saturday

About this opportunity

This position is responsible for assisting the Family Store Manager in supervising daily operations of the store, supervising cashier activities, and maintaining store displays.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Assist the Family Store Manager in supervising daily store operations.
  2. Supervise and participate in cashier activities, ensuring polite and friendly customer service.
  3. Maintain store displays, including arranging, rotating, and restocking items.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or G.E.D. and previous relevant experience, especially with Children and Youth.
  • Knowledge of effective merchandising and customer service techniques.
  • Ability to supervise, lead, and motivate employees.
  • Physical ability to perform frequent walking, standing, kneeling, or squatting.
Physical Requirements and Working Conditions

Work involves frequent walking, standing, kneeling, or squatting, with some sitting or vehicle operation. The environment may include noise, crowds, dust, lint, and chemical odors. Must be able to lift and carry 25-50 lbs., with duties performed in various environments.
