Job Purpose

Manage and supervise all store areas, assist in learning store operations, and lead in the absence of the Store Manager to ensure standards and best practices are maintained.

Key Responsibilities

1. Operations: Lead best practices, analyze reports, ensure compliance, and manage scheduling and payroll.
2. Organizational Development: Assist in recruiting, training, and employee relations.
3. Expense Control: Monitor expenditures and control payroll hours.
4. Safety & Security: Promote safety, conduct safety meetings, and ensure policies are followed.
5. Customer Service: Provide respectful, friendly service, and supervise associates in customer interactions.
6. Brand Representation: Maintain a professional appearance and store cleanliness.
7. Merchandise & Loss Prevention: Oversee merchandise presentation, processing, and loss prevention efforts.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in retail or assistant management
• Strong leadership, communication, and multitasking skills
• English fluency, flexibility to work evenings and weekends
• Basic math skills

Physical & Other Requirements

• Ability to use store equipment and stand/walk for long periods
• Ability to lift over 25 lbs occasionally
• Qualifications may vary for specific assignments

Supervisory Role

Direct supervision of non-exempt store associates.
