Job Description

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee daily operations, enforce all policies, procedures, and standards, and ensure compliance with laws regarding wages, hours, and sanitation.
2. Understand P & L and collaborate with the Executive General Manager to meet financial goals.
3. Work with the management team to maximize sales and profits while maintaining operational excellence.
4. Maintain inventories and complete related reports timely.
5. Assist in recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and training staff; coach and counsel employees as needed.
6. Implement advertising and promotions in coordination with the Marketing Department, ensuring proper food presentation.
7. Maintain safety and sanitation standards.
8. Help ensure staff training, scheduling, and positive community relations.
9. Support management to achieve guest satisfaction.
10. Maintain professional appearance and adhere to uniform standards.
