Job summary

Goodwill South Florida Tep LLC is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to step in when the Store Manager is off-duty, leading a team to meet sales goals while upholding policy. You will supervise up to 30 staff, train and coach employees, ensure proper merchandising, cash handling, and safety compliance, and coordinate with management to keep the store running smoothly.

Responsibilities include maintaining inventory flow, displaying merchandise attractively, and ensuring excellent customer service

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years in retail sales, with at least 6 months in a supervisory role.
• English proficiency required; bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Summary:When the Store Manager is off-duty, the Assistant Manager assumes full responsibility for operating a Goodwill Retail Store.
