Job summary

SmartStop Self Storage in Spokane Valley, WA is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to oversee daily operations, leasing and team supervision while delivering outstanding customer service.

This role offers daytime hours, no nights, and a schedule across Mon–Fri and Saturday shifts. You’ll handle rental agreements, transactions, unit cleaning, maintenance, and tenant relations.

Qualifications

• Experience leasing storage units and parking spaces.
• Experience supervising a team and on-site projects.
• Must have reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and current auto insurance.
• Background check required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare rental agreements.
• Handle monetary transactions and banking activities.
• Clean vacated units and perform general property cleaning.
• Promotes and sells self-storage solutions to potential customers.

Assistant Store Manager (Store 1413 Spokane Valley, Washington) – Job Summary – NO NIGHTS!

The right candidate pays attention to details, stays organized, and delights in finding great solutions to problems. This position is involved in all phases of the operation, including leasing storage and parking, managing a team, assisting with maintenance, supervising on-site projects, and maintaining good relationships with tenants.

Hours of Operation

Mon – Fri 9:30am to 6:00pm; Sat 9:00am - 4:00pm; Sun 10:00am - 2:00pm

Starting at $20.00/hour to $22.00/hour + Bonus

What You'll Do

• Prepare rental agreements
• Handle monetary transactions and banking activities
• Cleaning of vacated units and general cleaning of the property
• Promotes and sells self-storage solutions to potential customers
• Light maintenance
• Maintain a working knowledge of all products and services
• Must have reliable transportation, a valid Driver’s License, and current auto insurance
• The position requires a background check
• Other duties as assigned by the Company
