SmartStop Self Storage in Toledo, OH is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for Store #1409. This part-time role offers up to 24 hours per week with no nights, and a starting wage of $17.00 per hour plus bonus.

The position covers leasing, supervising staff, maintenance support, and tenant relations. The ideal candidate provides strong customer service, can work independently or with a team, and embraces changes with a positive attitude.

Assistant Store Manager (Store #1409 - Toledo, Ohio/USA)

Job Summary – NO NIGHTS! PART TIME ONLY UP TO 24 HOURS PER WEEK.

The right candidate pays attention to details, stays organized, and delights in finding great solutions to problems. This position is involved in all phases of the operation, including leasing storage and parking, managing a team, assisting with maintenance, supervising on‑site projects, and maintaining good relationships with tenants.

Hours of Operation

Mon - Fri 9:00am to 6:00pm; Sat 9:00am – 4:00pm; Sun Closed

Pay

Starting at $17.00/hour + Bonus

What You’ll Do

• Prepare rental agreements
• Handle monetary transactions and banking activities
• Cleaning of vacated units and general cleaning of the property
• Promotes and sells self‑storage solutions to potential customers
• Light maintenance
• Maintain a working knowledge of all products and services
• Must have reliable transportation, a valid Driver’s License, and current auto insurance
• The position requires a background check
• Other duties as assigned by the Company
